In a recent filing, Angelina Jolie’s advocate, Paul Murphy, revealed new details about the infamous plane incident. Speaking to ET, Murphy stated, “The conduct was severe and has caused lasting post-traumatic stress. During the trial, Jolie intends to present testimony, emails, photographs, and other evidence demonstrating why Pitt’s concerns about his behavior led him to sabotage his purchase of Jolie’s stake in Miraval after she refused to agree to his new, extensive non-disclosure agreement. Some of this evidence remains in Pitt’s possession, which Jolie is seeking through this motion.”

The Babylon actor vehemently opposes the disclosure of private divorce details, arguing their irrelevance to the winery case. In response, Brad Pitt countered these claims, stating that his ex-wife had demanded a broader non-disclosure agreement (NDA). He reportedly agreed to provide documents detailing the trip but claims Angelina rejected them after discovering his communications with a third party regarding the incident.
According to People, Pitt’s court filing asserts that these communications involve sensitive matters such as the therapy he voluntarily pursued post-flight incident, alleged drug and alcohol testing, accusations of overuse or abuse of alcohol, and other actions taken afterward.

Meanwhile, Angelina urges Brad to drop his lawsuit and allow their family to “heal” after years of tumult that has impacted their six children – Maddox, Zahara, Vivienne, Knox, Pax, and Shiloh.
“Angelina once again appeals to Mr. Pitt to cease the conflict and guide their family toward a path of reconciliation. However, if Mr. Pitt persists with his lawsuit, Angelina’s legal team will pursue the necessary evidence to refute his claims,” her legal representatives asserted.
