The terrorist group known as Kashmir Tigers, a shadow faction of the Pakistan-backed organization Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), has claimed responsibility for the encounter in Doda that resulted in the deaths of four Indian Army soldiers. This group has emerged as a significant threat, highlighting the persistent challenges faced by security forces in combating terrorism in the area.
Notably, the Kashmir Tigers were also responsible for the attack on an Indian Army convoy in Kathua on July 9, further illustrating their aggressive tactics and operational capabilities.
